Located in the centre of The Hague, just steps from the station and along the Herengracht, this project introduces a new sandwich concept alongside an existing hospitality business.

The design for Popolo is built around a simple principle: movement should feel effortless. Every decision, from the spatial layout to the material palette, is intended to create a clear and intuitive experience. Honest materials, refined detailing, and a carefully balanced composition of warmth and restraint result in an interior that is both calm and dynamic. Rather than being added afterwards, function is embedded in the design itself, creating a timeless setting where craftsmanship and the product take centre stage.
